Welcome

Your first visit, made easy

Now accepting new patients. If you're new to TriTown Chiropractic, we'll make your first visit simple and stress-free — from a friendly welcome to a clear plan for feeling better. Here's exactly what to expect and how to get started.

Step by step

What to expect on your first visit

1. Warm welcome & health history

We'll greet you, get you comfortable, and review your health history together so we understand your concerns and goals.

2. Thorough exam & diagnosis

A careful, hands-on exam helps us pinpoint the root cause of your pain — not just the symptoms — so we can recommend the right care.

3. Personalized care plan

We'll explain our findings and build a care plan that fits you. Many patients even receive their first treatment the same day.

New patient FAQs

Do I need a referral?

In most cases, no — you can book directly with us without a referral. Some insurance plans have their own requirements, so it's worth checking with your provider, and we're happy to help you find out.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive about 10–15 minutes early for your first visit so we have time to complete your paperwork and get you settled before your exam.

How long is the first visit?

Plan for roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Your first visit includes your health history, a thorough exam, and a discussion of your personalized care plan.

Will I be treated on the first day?

Often, yes. Once we've completed your exam and reviewed our findings, many patients receive their first treatment the same day — though this depends on what's right for your situation.
